Selection or recruitment procedures are conducted in four major manners:
- Direct personal Interviews (DPI) and tests conducted by the employer.
- Selection by Document Review of candidate (DR)
- Video Conference interview between employer and candidate (VC)
- Selection by Sara Khas
Candidates selected by the Sara Khas are bifurcated, analyzed and selected on the following criteria which should meet our motto of “The right man for the right job”
- Age Bar
- Qualification/ Necessary Technical Training
- Experience
- Past Employment Record
- Conduct, Honesty, Loyalty
- Medical Fitness
- Face to Face Interview
- Practical Trade Test if necessary
